1. LED projection lamp classification:

① Rotation and symmetry

The lamp adopts a rotationally symmetrical reflector, and the symmetry axis of the light source with rotationally symmetrical light distribution is installed along the axis of the reflector; The isointensity curve of such lamps is concentric.

When this type of projection lamp is illuminated by a single lamp, an elliptical spot is obtained on the illuminated surface, and the illumination is uneven; However, when multi lamp lighting, the light spots are superimposed on each other, which can produce satisfactory lighting effect. For example, hundreds of rotationally symmetrical projection lamps are commonly used in stadiums, which are installed on the high towers around the stadium to obtain high illumination and high uniformity lighting effects.

② Two symmetrical planar shapes

The isointensity curve of this kind of projection lamp has two symmetrical planes. Most lamps adopt symmetrical cylindrical reflector, and the linear light source is installed along the cylindrical axis.

③ A symmetrical plane row

The isointensity curve of the lamp has only one symmetrical plane. Lamps shall be made of asymmetric cylindrical reflectors or symmetrical cylindrical reflectors plus grids to limit light* Typical is the sharp cut-off block retracted light distribution. This kind of light intensity distribution can obtain a satisfactory illuminance distribution with a single lamp.

④ Asymmetric form

The isointensity curve of such lamps has no symmetrical plane. It mainly adopts mixed light lamps with different types of light sources with large differences in light intensity distribution and special lamps designed according to the specific lighting requirements of the place of use.

2. Characteristics of LED projection lamp:

Most LED projection lamps use high-power LED (each LED element will be equipped with a high-efficiency lens made of PMMA, which is mainly used to distribute the light emitted by LED, that is, secondary optics); A few companies choose 3W or even higher power LED because of good heat dissipation technology. LED projection lamp is suitable for large occasions, buildings and other lighting.

What else do you need to know to use LED projection lights?

①。  High purity aluminum reflector has good beam and reflection effect.

②。  Symmetrical narrow angle, wide angle and asymmetric light distribution system.

③。  Back opening replacement bulb, easy maintenance.

④。  The lamps are equipped with scale plates to facilitate the adjustment of irradiation angle.

LED projection lamp can be controlled by built-in chip to realize dynamic effects such as gradient, jump, color flicker, random flicker and gradient alternation in small engineering applications; It can also realize chasing, scanning and other effects through the control of DMX.

At present, LED projection lamps are mainly used in all fields: single buildings, external wall lighting of historical buildings, internal and external light penetration lighting of buildings, indoor local lighting, green landscape lighting, billboard lighting, special facilities lighting such as medical culture, atmosphere lighting of entertainment places such as bars and dance halls, etc.

II. Led floodlight

Led floodlight is a point light source that can irradiate evenly in all directions, and its irradiation range can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Led floodlight is a kind of light source widely used in renderings. In the scene, multiple floodlights can be used to coordinate and debug to achieve good results. At the same time, floodlights illuminate objects evenly from a specific point to all directions, such as bulbs and candles!

Floodlights can be placed anywhere in the scene. However, it should be noted that floodlights should not be placed too much, otherwise the effect drawing or actual application scene will appear dull and rigid.

Under low current, the temperature rise of LED floodlight is not obvious. If the ambient temperature is high, the main wavelength of LED floodlight redshifts, the brightness decreases and the luminous consistency becomes worse; In particular, the temperature rise of dot matrix and large display screen has a more significant impact on the stability of LED floodlight, so the heat dissipation design of floodlight is very key.

Three. Difference between LED projection lamp and floodlight

Differences in use:

Floodlights do not need to be placed too much, otherwise the visual effect will appear dull; In practical application, we need to pay attention to the light parameters and the influence on the light perception of the whole application scene.

The beam direction of the projection lamp is, and there is a scale plate on the lamp to adjust the irradiation angle.

Differences in exposure range:

The floodlight has a wide and uniform illumination range; Projection lamp, also known as spotlight, focuses the beam.
