What is your warranty？

3 years for indoor LED lights, 5 years for outdoor LED light, 10 years warranty at conditions.
what is the lead time?

1 week for sample, 2 weeks for bulk order. 3 weeks for cutomzied item.
what is payment term?

TT 30% as deposit,T/T 70% before shipping. L/C at sight. Paypal for sample value.
what is your price?

40% lower than other company, client get factory price from us without middle man.
what is your certificates?

CE, CB, SAA, ETL,RoHS, ENEC, TISI,LM-79,RCM and TISI
how is the quality?

MF follows ISO9001 standard, and QC team check cargo according to AQL strictly.
Can you do ODM ?

ODM is warmly welcome, MF has talented engineer R&D team to make everything works in an efficient way at great reaonable cost.
How to deliver if we order from your factory?

By sea/air/train. Sea shipping is economic but slow, air shipping is very fast but costing more, Train is a middle choice between train and air. MF logistic team is very professional onto all kinds of shipping and documents for custom.
Can do you do light design?

Yes. engineer department has a Dialux team to make light calculations for specified project with the help of Dialux EVO and Relux. Small project light design and simulation is free of charge.
where is your factory?

MF is located in Dongguan, between Hongkong -shenzhen and Guangzhou, 1 hour by train to Shenzhen, and 1.5 hour by train to Hongkong.
